Charité Physicians Portal

We have provided this communication channel for you in the belief that we can jointly support and optimize the care of our patients in this manner. The Charité Physicians Portal allows general practitioners and hospitals to view information and data on patients mutually treated by both in a secure network. These are:

Patient master data
Date of admission and discharge
Diagnoses
Findings (among others radiology, histology, laboratory)
and the medical reports

The basic requirements are: your participation in the medical staff portal and the consent of the patient.
